Dexus Industria REIT reported a strong operational performance for the first half of 2026: despite a slight 2.0% decline in FFO, it achieved area-adjusted income growth of 7.4%, a 99.7% occupancy rate and a WALE of 5.3 years. NTA rose 1.5% to $3.39 per share, supported by revaluation gains, while leverage remains conservative with a look-through debt-to-equity ratio of 26.2%. DXI completed capital-recycling transactions, invested about $150 million in acquisitions and is pursuing a $225 million development pipeline with average expected returns of ~6.6%.
