Embraer raises guidance after strong Q2 and pushes stock up in premarket

Embraer reported Q2 2026 EPS of $1.19 on revenue of $2.24 billion, substantially beating analyst estimates. Management raised the adjusted EBIT margin guidance for 2026 to 10.0–10.6% and doubled the free cash flow target to at least $400 million. Embraer: Colombia orders two KC-390 to modernize its military fleet

Colombia has signed a contract to purchase two KC-390 Millennium aircraft from Embraer, modernizing its military fleet. The order is part of a modernization program under President Gustavo Petro and complements a planned Gripen fighter jet procurement that is to be produced in cooperation with Embraer in Brazil. The KC-390s will feature connectivity functions for joint operations with the Gripen; the contract includes mission equipment, service and support packages, and an offset program. Embraer takes over assembly of 20 additional Gripen fighters in Brazil

Embraer and Saab agreed at the Farnborough Airshow to a framework contract for the production of 20 additional Gripen fighters at Embraer’s Gavião Peixoto site. Embraer will take over aircraft final assembly, complementing Saab’s final assembly line in Sweden; Gavião Peixoto is so far the only final assembly location outside Sweden.
