Fair Value REIT has signed a long-term lease with REWE for the property Vor den Fuhren 2a in Celle. According to current plans, the market is scheduled to open in spring 2027; until then the property, previously used as a home furnishings specialist store, will be expanded and converted into a modern full-range supermarket. Fair Value REIT-AG forecasts in the HGB individual financial statements for 2025 a net loss of around EUR 0.5 million after an extraordinary impairment of EUR 4.9 million for a commercial property in Neumünster. The cause is the end of the lease with Sparkasse Südholstein and the necessary refit for re-letting.
