The planned transaction between Falcon Gas & Öl and Tamboran is delayed because of a processing backlog at the Supreme Court of British Columbia; the court hearing was moved from Monday to Thursday. Shareholders had already approved the deal, but closing depends on court approval, admission of Tamboran shares to the NYSE and other conditions. The shareholders of Tamboran Resources voted at an extraordinary general meeting to approve the issue of 6,537,503 common shares to Falcon Oil & Gas and of up to 147,508 shares to acquire the remaining 1.9% of the Falcon Australia minority interests.
