Flowtech Fluidpower has informed shareholders by circular about announced plans to raise capital, a planned acquisition and a plan to restructure capital. Flowtech Fluidpower raises £9m via share placing to finance growth

Flowtech Fluidpower raised around £9m by placing 16,981,132 new ordinary shares at 53 pence each; the placing price is 11.5% below the closing price on 19 January. The new shares would represent about 21.2% of the enlarged share capital on admission.
