Barclays downgrades Fraport to underweight, cuts price target to €57

JPMorgan maintains a buy recommendation for Fraport with a price target of €81 and sees potential in the European airport sector, supported by Terminal 3 and a cargo offensive. Against this are three headwinds: a conservative valuation model with a fair value well below the share price, a majority of analysts recommending only “hold”, and the upcoming exclusion from the Stoxx Europe 600 on 21 September, which could trigger forced selling.
