FRIWO lowers 2026 forecast and plans move to Scale segment

FRIWO has lowered its forecast for 2026: the group now expects full‑year revenue of around €60m (previously €67–77m) and anticipates adjusted group EBIT in the low single‑digit million‑euro loss range instead of previously slightly positive. Reasons are persistently weak demand in e‑mobility, transportation & logistics and specialized tools & equipment; however, order intake rose to €44.9m in the first six months (book‑to‑bill >1.6). Supply bottlenecks and longer lead times are shifting parts of revenue into 2027. The management board has also decided to move the listing from the regulated market to the Scale segment by the end of 2026 to reduce costs and administrative requirements. » Plus sur de.investing.com
