GCP Infrastructure approves annual accounts and capital authorities; protest at one re-election

GCP Infra launches Carapace-based investor portal for expanded portfolio disclosure
GCP Infrastructure has launched a new investor portal that, via the Carapace investment software provided by Gravis Capital Management, gives access to structured information about the investment portfolio. The portal shows holdings, cashflow forecasts based on the most recently published net asset value, and details of the infrastructure assets, but does not contain any non-public insider information.
