Genprex abstract on biomarkers for Reqorsa accepted for ASCO 2026

Genprex receives Australian patent for REQORSA combination with PD-L1 antibodies

The Australian patent office has accepted an application for use of the gene therapy REQORSA in combination with PD-L1 antibodies (including Tecentriq) for cancer treatment, strengthening Genprex’s intellectual property. The patent covers the combination being tested as maintenance therapy in the ongoing Acclaim-3 trial for advanced small-cell lung cancer; similar patents already exist in the US and Korea, and additional applications are pending worldwide. Genprex has added the University of Kentucky as an additional study site and plans to recruit the first 25 patients by H1 2026; an interim analysis of the phase‑2 data is expected in H2 2026.
