Goodman Group raises operating profit in FY2026 and targets 9% EPS growth for FY2027

Goodman Group reported a 10.1% rise in operating profit for FY2026 to 2.675 billion AUD, driven by expansion of its industrial property and data center development pipeline. Ongoing data center projects increased to 19.7 billion AUD, with about 90% held in partnerships, which limits balance-sheet risk. Morningstar: Goodman Group expected to double assets under management over the next decade

Morningstar expects Goodman Group’s assets under management to double over the next decade, driven by a growing development pipeline focused on data centres. Goodman Group reiterates an operating EPS growth target of at least 9% for financial year 2026 and says it is on track thanks to a growing development pipeline, expected to rise from AUD 14bn to AUD 18bn by June 2026. The company is increasing its focus on data centre and industrial properties, with data centres potentially accounting for up to 50% of investment returns over the long term.
