HAMBORNER REIT records half-year loss; rental income and FFO decline

HAMBORNER REIT reports Q1 2026 rental income of €22.6m (-1.9%), which the company mainly attributes to property sales; on an adjusted basis revenues would have risen by 2.6%. Operating result (FFO) fell 1.6% to €11.7m, while net income rose 10.7% to just under €2.8m thanks to the sale of a property in Ditzingen. HAMBORNER REIT recorded falling rents: rental and lease income fell 2.9 percent to €90.3 million. The operating result (FFO) fell by almost six percent to €48.6 million due to higher costs, and net profit declined to €12.5 million. The dividend is to be reduced to €0.39 per share (previous year: €0.48).
