Haydale in talks with Sabien over commercial distribution partnership

Haydale confirms ongoing negotiations with Sabien Technology Group about a potential distribution partnership that would involve Haydale’s B2B platform SaveMoneyCutCarbon. No final agreements have been signed to date; Haydale will separately announce any material deals. Haydale directors subscribe for millions of shares and options after SMCC takeover

After completing the takeover of SaveMoneyCutCarbon (SMCC), Haydale reported several Director’s Dealings: CEO Simon Turek subscribed for 39.2 million new ordinary shares and received options, sales chief Mark Sait acquired 51.9 million shares and received options on 114 million shares, and further allocations were made to non-executive director Theresa Wallis and CFO Patrick Carter. Haydale Graphene raises £0.5m through oversubscribed private placing

Haydale Graphene raised £0.5 million in an oversubscribed offer for private investors by issuing 100 million shares at 0.5p each. The allocation was prioritised for existing shareholders (Soft Pre-emption); excess applications were accepted at around 82.85%. Together with previously announced capital measures, planned gross proceeds after shareholder approval amount to about £5.75 million, and admission of the new ordinary shares to trading on AIM is to be applied for in early January 2026. » Plus sur de.investing.com
