OTE Group with strong Q4 2025: revenue and cash-flow growth thanks to fiber and 5G rollout

OTE Group reported Q4 2025 revenue growth in Greece of 8.7% and mobile service revenue growth of 5.2%. Adjusted EBITDA after lease liabilities rose 2.3% and free cash flow grew 15.9% to €168m. For 2026 the company expects accelerated EBITDA growth of around 3%, CAPEX of about €600m and free cash flow of around €750m. OTE Group posts 5% revenue growth in third quarter and announces special dividend

OTE Group reports Q3 2025 revenue of €874 million (+5%) and adjusted EBITDA (after leasing) of €360.1 million (+2%). The sale of Telekom Romania Mobile leads to a special dividend of €0.10 per share, payable on 30 December 2025. FTTH customers rose to 509,000 and the network now reaches almost 2 million households; the acquisition of TERNA FIBER is expected to accelerate expansion to around 3.5 million households by 2030. OTE sells Telekom Romania Mobile to Vodafone and Digi for €70m

OTE has signed binding agreements to sell its 100% stake in Telekom Romania Mobile Communications (TKRM) for €70m. The assets will be split: Digi Romania will take the prepaid business, certain frequency rights and part of the mast portfolio, while Vodafone Romania will acquire the remaining stake. The enterprise value is subject to customary closing adjustments; OTE plans to distribute the net proceeds to shareholders after closing in early October and will retain a minimal presence through seven shares held by S.N.
