HICL Infrastructure records strong full-year results and raises dividend target

HICL Infrastructure reports for the year ended 31 March 2026 a total return on net asset value (NAV) of 10.3% and a total shareholder return of 13.1%. HICL Infrastructure has announced a third interim dividend of 2.09 pence per ordinary share for the year ending 31 March 2026. Shares will trade ex-dividend from 5 March 2026, with payment on 31 March 2026 to shareholders on the register on 6 March 2026. For UK tax purposes, 61% of the distribution will be treated as a interest distribution. HICL Infrastructure reports strong half-year results and plans merger with TRIG

HICL Infrastructure reported for the half-year to 30 September 2025 a rise in NAV per share of 2.9 pence to 156.0 pence and an annualised portfolio return of 10.3%. Cash cover of the dividend improved to 1.10x, the buyback programme was expanded and contributed 0.9 pence to NAV. HICL completed sales of UK PPP projects in line with previous valuations, reduced short-dated risks and realised sales of over £730m in 24 months. HICL Infrastructure PLC se spécialise dans les investissements directs et les investissements dans des fonds de fonds. Pour les investissements directs, elle cherche à investir dans des projets d'infrastructure. Elle investit dans des sociétés de projet qui n'ont pas encore achevé les phases de construction de leurs concessions, y compris des sociétés de projet en cours de soumission pour l'obtention de concessions de projets. Le fonds investit également dans des sociétés de projet disposant de concessions à rémunération basée sur la « demande », ainsi que dans des sociétés de projet ne bénéficiant pas de concessions parrainées ou attribuées par le secteur public ou garanties par l'État. Elle cherche à investir dans les PFI, les PPP, les P3, les projets d'infrastructures sociales, les routes à péage, les ponts et tunnels, les aéroports, les ports, les services publics, les réseaux de communication et les énergies renouvelables. Le fonds réalise des investissements en fonds de fonds dans des sociétés en commandite simple et d'autres fonds qui investissent dans des infrastructures, ainsi que dans des instruments financiers et des titres émis par des sociétés qui investissent dans des infrastructures ou dont les activités sont similaires ou comparables à des investissements d'infrastructure. Le fonds investit dans l'Union européenne, en Norvège, en Suisse, en Amérique du Nord, en Amérique du Sud, ainsi que dans certains territoires sélectionnés en Asie et en Australasie.
