Hudson Pacific Properties beats revenue forecasts despite higher GAAP loss
Hudson Pacific Properties reported an adjusted loss of $1.62 per share in Q2 2026, but topped the revenue consensus of $179.9 million with $188.3 million. Record leasing of 1.3 million sqft, an occupancy increase to 82.5%, and a rise in Core FFO to $23.1 million drove the operational recovery. Management slightly raised its Core FFO full-year guidance and expects further occupancy gains, while Quixote remains loss-making after restructuring. The stock reacted positively in premarket trading and rose. » Plus sur de.investing.com
Hudson Pacific Properties raises 2026 Core FFO guidance as office leasing and occupancy improve
Hudson Pacific Properties reported stronger Q1 office fundamentals with 554,000 sq ft of leases signed, occupancy up to 77.8% and a leasing pipeline of 2.4 million sq ft. The company raised full-year 2026 Core FFO guidance to $1.10–$1.18 per diluted share and ended the quarter with $933 million of total liquidity. Management will wind down certain Quixote operations, expected to boost annual cash NOI by about $5.8 million, and is targeting roughly $200 million of non-core, FFO-accretive dispositions. Studio top-line was mixed but core Hollywood stages showed high utilization, while West Coast AI and tech demand underpinned office leasing momentum. » Plus sur finance.yahoo.com
Hudson Pacific focuses on debt reduction and leasing growth for 2026
At the Citi conference, Hudson Pacific laid out a strategic plan for 2026 centered on further debt reduction and increased leasing growth. The company cut net debt by 22% in 2025 and doubled liquidity to $934 million; planned FFO-accretive disposals of $200–300 million are intended to drive further debt reduction (it has already sold $330 million). Hudson Pacific aims for an occupancy rate above 80–82% by the end of 2026, sees demand mainly in the Bay Area, Silicon Valley and Seattle, and expects sequential FFO growth with disciplined capital rotation. Target leverage (net debt/EBITDA) is in the high‑single digits over the next two years and is expected to fall to the mid‑single digits by 2030. » Plus sur de.investing.com
