Fitch upgrades Intralot to B+ after takeover of Bally

Fitch raised Intralot’s long-term rating from CCC+ to B+ following the completion of the takeover of Bally International Interactive and assigned a final BB instrument rating to the new senior secured notes. The agency cites an improved capital structure from a €430m capital increase and refinanced liabilities, as well as greater geographic and product diversification, while the revenue mix has shifted more toward B2C.
