I-RES boosts profit in H1 2026 on stronger rental growth
I-RES reports higher results for the first half of 2026: revenue €43.1m (+1.1%), EPRA Earnings €15.3m (+5.3%) and EPRA EPS €0.029 (+5.8%). Like-for-like rent growth accelerated to 2.1% and the occupancy rate was 99.4%; the reported total return rose to 6.8%. I-RES announces sweeping changes to board of directors
I-RES appoints Gary Britton and Shruthi Chindalur as independent non-executive directors; the appointments take effect on the close of the annual general meeting on 28 May 2026 and are subject to shareholder approval. At the same time three members, including Joan Garahy, Richard Nesbitt and Amy Freedman, will not stand for re-election or will resign. The board appointed Tom Kavanagh as the new senior independent director and Denise Turner as chair of the remuneration committee, both effective at the close of the 2026 AGM. I-RES improves earnings, dividend rises after positive 2025 results
I-RES reports slight revenue growth for 2025 (+0.2% to €85.5 million) and adjusted earnings growth of 7.4% to €32.8 million. Profit before tax turned positive to €49.7 million versus a loss in the prior year, net LTV is 43.6% and occupancy is 99.5%.
