Jyske Bank buys back shares for around DKK 58.8m

In calendar week 34, Jyske Bank repurchased 55,859 of its own shares at an average price of DKK 1,052.73 per share (total volume ~ DKK 58.8m) between 17 and 21 August. The buyback program runs from 5 February 2026 to 29 January 2027 and allows purchases of up to DKK 3bn. After these transactions the bank holds 1,808,913 treasury shares, corresponding to 3.11% of the share capital.
