Kardex posts record orders and begins growth transformation

Kardex reported for 2025 an order intake of EUR 981.6 million and net sales of EUR 850.4 million, with EBIT exceeding EUR 100 million for the first time at EUR 101.2 million. The company invested heavily in sales, innovation and the acquisition of Rocket Solution, which raised the order backlog to EUR 599.2 million and drove strong growth in the standardized systems segment. Margin pressure from integration and personnel costs, and a decline in free cash flow to EUR 20.5 million, weighed on results; net profit fell by 48.3%.
