Kojamo increases revenues and occupancy rate despite sale of apartments

Kojamo reports total revenues of €455.2 million for 2025 (+0.6%) and net rental income of €307.7 million (+1.6%) with an improved economic occupancy rate of 94.8% (Q4: 96.3%). FFO fell 4.9% to €140.9 million mainly due to higher financing costs; the value of investment properties declined to €7.6 billion after the sale of 2,028 apartments.
