Konami names Hideki Hayakawa representative director and adjusts leadership structure

Konami’s board decided to change its representative directors: Kagemasa Kozuki will move from representative director and chairman to director and chairman, while Hideki Hayakawa will be appointed representative director and senior executive officer. The appointments require approval at the shareholders’ meeting on June 25, 2026, and are expected to take effect thereafter.
