The supervisory board of KPS has appointed Michael Hessing as an additional board member and chief financial officer (CFO), effective 15 February 2026. KPS reported for 2024/25 a revenue decline of about 16% to €121.7m, an EBITDA of €5.2m and a net loss of €21.8m. More than €10m of the charges were non-cash impairments on goodwill and intangible assets; liquidity stands at €9.2m. Goodwill still represents 47% of total assets and equity has shrunk to €27.4m, so further writedowns increase the risk.
