KR1 has contributed 40,000 Nexus Mutual (NXM) tokens worth around £1.5m into two Nexus Mutual underwriting pools, representing about 36% of its NXM holdings. The tokens serve as coverage capital for insurance in the DeFi ecosystem and share in premiums, but are also exposed to losses from claims. Over the past three months, annualized returns from NXM underwriting activity ranged from roughly 2.81% to 13.31%. KR1 has published an FCA-approved prospectus for a move from the AQSE Growth Market to the London Stock Exchange main market and is seeking admission of its ordinary shares in the Equity Shares category. The company proposes a placing programme to issue up to 125 million new ordinary shares to expand its existing staking activities. An extraordinary general meeting to vote on the move and a new articles of association is scheduled for 20 November; if approved, the last day of trading on AQSE would be 24 November and trading on the main market would begin on 25 November. KR1 recorded digital asset revenues of £2.9m in the first half of 2025, a 66.7% decrease from £8.7m a year earlier. Staking, which accounted for 98.6% of revenues, fell by 66% and provided the main income from networks such as Polkadot, Celestia and Cosmos.
