DEWB moves closer to an exit after growth at LAIQON and Stableton

The investment company DEWB reports a six-month loss of around €1.0 million in its half-year report, without major share sales; equity per share fell from €4.60 to €4.01. The two main holdings, LAIQON and Stableton, continue to grow strongly, and management aims to realise the key holdings by no later than the end of 2027. LAIQON drives growth with new fund and AI ETFs

LAIQON is expanding its product range and issuing a fifth fund that invests globally in companies with high organic growth potential (>25% p.a.) and focuses on market segments such as AI, robotics and critical raw materials. At the same time, the firm is building an ETF family for AI-driven investments; the first ETF for the European equity market has already been launched. LAIQON sees annual targets within reach after strong digital-wealth growth

LAIQON reports organic asset growth from €10.0bn to €11.5bn year-to-date and records monthly inflows in the digital-wealth segment of over €100m; CEO Achim Plate considers more than €150m per month possible through November. Revenue rose in H1 by 63% to €23.2m, EBITDA improved from -€0.8m to -€0.3m; adjusted Q2 EBITDA was €2.1m.
