Leclanché receives further extension for 2025 annual report; shares remain suspended

SIX Exchange Regulation has extended Leclanché’s deadline to publish the 2025 annual report until no later than 31 August 2026. The trading suspension of Leclanché shares on the SIX remains in place until the report is published. Leclanché was still unable to present the 2025 annual report by the end of July and has applied to SIX Exchange Regulation for an additional extension without specifying a concrete timeframe. The share has been temporarily suspended from trading since 1 June 2026. Leclanché shareholders approve all motions at general meeting despite numerous votes against

At the extraordinary general meeting, Leclanché shareholders approved all motions put forward by the board of directors, including the election of board chairman Lex Bentner and members Marc Lepièce, Christophe Manset, Jean-Michel Pacaud and Raphaël Houillon. However, each vote saw a substantial proportion of no votes and abstentions, including on the granting of the décharge. Das Segment Specialty Battery Business Unit entwickelt und liefert schlüsselfertige kundenspezifische Lösungen und Standardlösungen, die Batteriespeicher- und/oder Ladelösungen unter Verwendung eigener und fremder Technologien für zivile, militärische, medizinische und industrielle Maschinenmärkte beinhalten. Das Unternehmen ist in der Schweiz, Norwegen, den Niederlanden, Kanada, Frankreich, den Vereinigten Staaten, Deutschland und international tätig.
