LendInvest Secured Income III issues a £1bn bond with a fixed 8.00% p.a. coupon maturing in 2032; interest is paid semi‑annually over a six‑year term. The notes are secured by a first‑ranking floating charge over a pool of UK residential, buy‑to‑let, short‑term and project finance loans and will be repaid at 100% of par. The issue includes a partial (20%) guarantee from parent company LendInvest plc, a maximum weighted average LTV of 77.5% and a minimum subscription amount of £1,000; the offer is expected to close on 30 June 2026. LendInvest has agreed a £250m financing facility with Castlelake to expand its bridging-loan business. The funds will enable project financings of up to £15m per scheme and bolster capacity for regulated bridging loans as well as exit financing for property developments. LendInvest has completed a £175 million financing partnership with HSBC and AB CarVal for project development loans.
