Litigation Capital Management conducts strategic review with potential transaction options
Litigation Capital Management (LCM) said the strategic review, which has been underway since 15 September, is progressing well and is accompanied by constructive discussions with several credible counterparties. The board is considering various options, including alternatives to transitioning to a run-off model, and sees the possibility that the review could lead to a viable transaction. LCM is in regular contact with the secured lender, which is supporting the process through covenant relief, but stresses that there is no certainty a transaction will occur.
