Mangoceuticals announces merger with nuclear technology company Nuclea
Mangoceuticals has entered into a definitive combination agreement with Nuclea Energy under which a newly formed subsidiary will merge with Nuclea and the result will be an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Mangoceuticals. Nuclea is developing the lead‑cooled, graphite‑moderated micro‑modular reactor Morpheus, with a power scale of roughly 3.5 MWe to 50 MWe, and envisages applications including data centers, defense facilities and remote communities. Mangoceuticals plans up to $100 million Solana treasury via subsidiary Mango DAT
Mangoceuticals announced a treasury strategy to invest up to $100 million into the Solana blockchain through its newly formed subsidiary Mango DAT.
