MindWalk has received a binding commitment from Sanabil (Cayman) for an unsecured revolving credit facility of up to USD 30 million at a fixed interest rate of 7.0% p.a. The initial term is 36 months with an optional 12‑month extension; there are no financial covenants, warrants, conversion rights or pledging of assets. MindWalk will pay a one‑time commitment fee of 1.0% and plans to use the proceeds for biologics programs, commercial expansion, working capital and general corporate purposes.
