Mynaric acquired by Rocket Lab

US group Rocket Lab has acquired Munich-based laser communications manufacturer Mynaric for around €155 million, with the payment consisting largely of Rocket Lab shares. Mynaric is to keep its headquarters in Munich and serve as Rocket Lab’s first European base.
