Network-1 Technologies: shareholders confirm directors, compensation and auditor

Network-1 Technologies subsidiary sues Optiver over HFT patent infringement

HFT Solutions, the wholly owned subsidiary of Network-1 Technologies, has filed suit in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas against Optiver US LLC and Optiver Trading US LLC for infringement of three U.S. patents from the HFT patent portfolio it acquired in 2022. The patents cover FPGA-based high-frequency trading technologies designed to reduce transaction latencies; the portfolio currently includes eleven granted U.S. patents and is expected to run until 2040. Network-1 files patent lawsuit against Samsung over eSIM technology

Network-1 Technologies has filed a patent lawsuit against Samsung Electronics, alleging infringement of six US patents related to eSIM and 5G technologies.
