NRW Holdings reports strong annual results and raises guidance – shares reach record high

NRW Holdings increased revenue in fiscal 2026 by 31.4% to AUD 4.3 billion and adjusted EBITA by 38.8% to AUD 288.6 million, driven largely by the acquisition of Fredon and improved operational performance in mining, civil construction and maintenance. Cash conversion improved to 94% and the final dividend was raised by 53% to AUD 0.145 per share. For 2027 management guidance is for revenue of AUD 4.6–4.8 billion and adjusted EBITA of AUD 320–330 million, with more than 80% of the revenue target already secured by contracts.
