OPG Power Ventures accepted 153,769,385 ordinary shares in the buyback (38.37% of the share capital) at 6.27 pence per share and will pay around £9.64m to participating shareholders; payment will be made on 23 December 2025. After cancellation there will remain 246,964,126 issued ordinary shares, with the Family Concert Party holding 206,507,166 shares (83.62% of the adjusted capital). OPG Power Ventures, through its subsidiary OPG Power Generation Pvt Ltd, has signed a Power Purchase Agreement approved by the Tamil Nadu Electricity Regulatory Commission with Tamil Nadu Power Distribution Corporation Limited for 160 MW. The contract runs for five years and sets a tariff of 5.558 Rs per kWh.
