Oriole Resources publishes annual report and schedules AGM for 11 June

Oriole Resources has sent the annual report for the year ended 31 December 2025 along with notices and proxy forms to shareholders. The annual general meeting will be held on 11 June 2026 at 11:00 a.m. BST in London. Oriole Resources directors transfer shares into tax-advantaged ISAs

Two directors of Oriole Resources, Claire Bay and Robert Smeeton, carried out so-called "bed and ISA" transactions in which they sold previously held ordinary shares at 0.34 pence and immediately repurchased almost identical quantities into tax-advantaged ISA accounts. After the reallocations, Smeeton holds 46,999,190 ordinary shares (0.96% of the share capital) and Bay holds 16,293,763 ordinary shares (0.33%). Chair Eileen Carr sold 2,200,000 ordinary shares at 0.30p and immediately repurchased the same number into her ISA account; her beneficial holding remains 217,506,302 shares (4.46%). Managing director Claire Bay sold 967,742 shares at 0.31p and acquired 965,500 shares for her ISA; she now holds 16,296,249 shares (0.33%).
