Parker Hannifin has signed a definitive agreement to acquire CIRCOR Aerospace from KKR and CIRCOR International for $2.55 billion. KKR will retain CIRCOR’s naval and industrial businesses after the transaction, while CIRCOR Aerospace operates in civil aviation and defense. S&P raises outlook for Parker-Hannifin after robust revenue and margin gains

S&P Global Ratings has raised the outlook for Parker-Hannifin from “stable” to “positive” and affirmed the ratings at BBB+ and A-2. The move was justified by strong operating performance in the first nine months of fiscal 2026: revenue +7.8%, adjusted EBITDA margin 27.4%, and adjusted leverage of 1.6x as of March 31, 2026.
