Prairie Operating unveils shift to a producer: strong growth, hedging losses and expansion plans in the Rockies

Prairie Operating lowers liquidity requirements in loan agreement and amends warrant terms

Prairie Operating entered into a third amendment to its credit agreement with Citibank and other lenders that substantially reduces the minimum liquidity requirement (Current Ratio) for upcoming quarters and introduces a new production covenant. The revised thresholds are 0.50 (Q2 2026), 0.40 (Q3 2026) and 0.60 (Q4 2026) instead of the previous 1.00, after the ratio was most recently 0.25.
