Primorus Investments has entered into an unsecured loan agreement for £400,000 with Susan Labrum and Lucy Labrum. The loan carries interest at 4.25% p.a. above the Bank of England base rate, calculated daily and paid monthly in arrears. The funds are to be used as working capital and to finance investment-compliant plant; repayment in the first 12 months is only permitted on default, thereafter with one month’s notice.
