RadNet has amended its existing credit agreement and taken on an additional $250 million loan, which is being combined with the existing facility (totaling $1.2087 billion) and matures on April 18, 2031. Quarterly principal payments will rise from $2.4 million to about $3.1 million. RadNet plans to use the funds for acquisitions, organic growth, healthcare partnerships and general corporate purposes.
