  • Ramelius achieves strong cash flow in 2026 and advances expansion through acquisitions

Ramelius reported adjusted EBITDA of AUD 765m for fiscal 2026, adjusted NPAT of AUD 320m and operating cash flow of more than AUD 700m. Despite production of 192,000 ounces after the closure of Edna May, record-high margins (74%) and high cash flow offset the lower volume; liquidity stood at AUD 1.1bn at year-end. The company invested AUD 390m in growth, completed the acquisition of Dalgaranga and plans production expansions (target >500,000 ounces by FY2030), but sees cost increases of around 8% for FY2027 and rising project expenditure. Management stresses continuation of the dividend and buyback policy and ongoing operational discipline, while project and cost risks remain. » Plus sur de.investing.com

  • Ramelius plans strong production growth and targets 500–550,000 ounces of gold per year by 2030

At the Diggers & Dealers Forum, Ramelius unveiled a five-year growth plan targeting annual gold production of 500,000–550,000 ounces by FY2030, AISC below $2,000/oz and $1bn of free cash flow per year. Dalgaranga was brought into commercial production earlier than planned and generated first positive cash flow of $56m in the quarter; the company reports $650m in cash, about $100m in listed investments and no debt. Ore reserves rose 40% year on year. Ramelius is focusing on expansions such as Mount Magnet with a hybrid power concept, is maintaining dividends and share buybacks, and plans an additional $100m for exploration. » Plus sur de.investing.com

  • Ramelius keeps distributions steady and doubles exploration budget to fund growth

Ramelius announces it will keep dividends and share buybacks for 2026 and 2027 at 2025 levels and plans to increase distributions from fiscal 2028 once expansion projects generate cash flow. The company has doubled its exploration budget from 2026 with an additional AUD 100 million, is advancing major projects at Dalgaranga and Mount Magnet, and reports scheduled progress on construction and commissioning. Management emphasizes conservative capital allocation, ongoing returns and expanding the production base to achieve long-term growth. » Plus sur de.investing.com
