RoboStrategy raises $16.0 million through private placement

RoboStrategy issued 450,684 common shares between July 7 and July 14 at a weighted average price of about $35.50, raising gross proceeds of approximately $16.0 million. No placement fees were charged; the transaction was completed under Section 4(a)(2) and Regulation D without registration. CEO Andrew Kang invested roughly $10.0 million and acquired 272,405 shares, with the remainder sold to institutional investors. RoboStrategy issued 797,434 common shares between June 11 and 16 at a weighted average price of $36.28, generating approximately $28.9 million in gross proceeds. The shares were placed without placement fees above the current trading price of $32.36.
