Rubean: M2 Venture buys 2,000 shares, BaFin reports managers' transaction

Rubean appoints Stephan Kück as co-CEO and CCO

The supervisory board of Rubean has appointed Stephan Kück as co-CEO and chief commercial officer; his term begins on July 1, 2026 and runs for four years. Kück will jointly lead the company with Jochen Pielage and will be responsible for sales and marketing.
