At its annual general meeting, SATO Corporation approved the 2025 financial statements, discharged the board and CEO, and decided on a dividend of €0.25 per share, payable on 1 April 2026. The board will consist of five members; Erik Selin was elected chairman, Ming Eng, Juha Juntunen, Tarja Pääkkönen and Sharam Rahi were re-elected, and Ming Eng was appointed vice chairman. Each unit comprises one common share and warrants exercisable at $0.085 (first year) and $0.10; the convertible debentures bear interest at 15% p.a., have a three-year term and are convertible at the same prices.
