SemiLEDs announced amendments to existing loan agreements with Simplot Taiwan and CEO Trung Doan. For Simplot, accrued interest of USD 364,924.63 was capitalized, bringing the new loan principal to USD 664,924.63, and the term was extended to January 15, 2027. The loan with Trung Doan was likewise extended unchanged to January 15, 2027. SemiLEDs reports 729.8% revenue surge in FY2025 but shows slim margins and concentration risk

SemiLEDs grew FY2025 revenue to $43.0 million from $5.2 million a year earlier, a 729.8% increase, while GAAP net loss narrowed to $1.1 million and cash stood at $2.6 million at quarter end. Q4 revenue fell to $13.2 million from $17.7 million in Q3, with Q4 gross margin at 2% and full-year gross margin at 6%, reflecting margin pressure.
