SeSa Group reports strong Q1 growth, shares slip slightly

SeSa Group increased organic revenue in the first quarter by 6.5% to €900 million and consolidated EBITDA by 7.6% to €65 million; adjusted profit after tax rose by 7.1%. Operating cash flow for the last 12 months is around €200 million, free cash flow €80 million, and the dividend was raised from €1 to €1.33. Management confirmed the full-year guidance (revenue growth 5–7.5%, EBITDA growth 5–10%) and sees upside if current trends continue, while the software and systems-integration division still suffers from reorganizations. Sesa increases revenue in 2025 and sets ambitious targets for 2026–2027

Sesa reports group revenue of €3.357 billion for fiscal year 2025 (+4.6%) and net liquidity of €158.4 million. EBITDA rose slightly to €240.7 million, and adjusted net profit amounted to €95.8 million; the Business Services segment (+35%) and Digital Green VAS (+43%) grew particularly strongly. For 2026–2027 Sesa plans annual revenue growth of 5–7.5% (revenue €3.700–3.880 billion), EBITDA of €265–291 million and EAT Adjusted of €116–121 million; at the same time investments in cybersecurity are to increase and the share buyback program is to be expanded to €25 million. » Plus sur de.investing.com
Sesa returns to growth: revenue in Q1 2026 rises 8%

Sesa reports consolidated revenue of €845.7m for the first quarter of 2026 (+8.0%) and an EBITDA of €60.7m (+7.2%) with a stable margin of 7.2%. Organic growth was more moderate (revenue +2.2%), while Business Services and Digital Green VAS contributed most strongly. Net finance costs fell significantly, the net financial position improved to €64.9m, and management confirmed its 2026 targets (revenue +5.0–7.5%, EBITDA +5.0–10.0%, adjusted EAT +10%).
