Sezzle entered into revised agreements with WebBank that expand the bank partnership program to include SezzleCash (cash advances) and Sezzle Send. WebBank will originate, fund and initially hold on its balance sheet loans for these products of up to $30 million (with a discretionary increase to up to $150 million). The covenants were tightened, including raising required tangible net worth from $12 million to $100 million, and new termination triggers were added for certain judgments and breaches.
