SigmaTron International delisted after acquisition by Transom Capital

Transom Capital has completed its acquisition of SigmaTron International, resulting in SigmaTron being delisted from NASDAQ and becoming a wholly owned subsidiary. The takeover offer was $3.02 per share, valuing the company at around $83 million, which represented a significant premium.
