Sivers Semiconductors and GLOBALFOUNDRIES are collaborating on silicon photonics solutions for AI data centers, with Sivers laser arrays to be integrated into GLOBALFOUNDRIES’ silicon photonics and SCALE reference designs. The cooperation targets the plug‑able optics market expected to reach $25 billion by 2030 and gives Sivers access to established manufacturing capacity. Sivers Semiconductors under pressure after investigation into insider trading and postponement of quarterly results

Swedish authorities are investigating a possible leak of information ahead of Sivers Semiconductors’ planned secondary listing on NASDAQ. The publication of the quarterly results was postponed to 29 May due to a transition to US PCAOB audit standards. Accounting adjustments raised the reported net loss for 2025 to SEK 222.6 million and the operating result (EBIT) to -SEK 177.8 million.
