Sixt starts the year with record revenue and reports Q1 profit

Sixt recorded a roughly 8% revenue increase in the first quarter to just under €929 million, a new revenue record for the seasonally strong quarter. Pre-tax profit rose to €2.1 million after a prior-year loss of €17.6 million, and net profit amounted to €1.5 million (previous year: -€12.6 million). Katag buys Sixt Vz shares; executive purchases disclosed

On 10 April 2026 Katag Aktiengesellschaft reported a managers' transaction purchase of 11,967 Sixt Vz shares at a price of EUR 59.26 per share. Already on 9 April 2026 Katag acquired 2,801 Sixt Vz shares at EUR 58.92 each.
