Stingray Group misses adjusted EPS despite strong revenue growth

Stingray buys back 1 million shares from La Caisse for C$15.4 million

Stingray agreed to repurchase 1,000,000 shares from CDP Investissements (La Caisse) at C$15.40 per share (C$15.4 million total), financed from cash. The price is 5.1% below the last closing price; the transaction is off-exchange and will not be counted toward the ongoing buyback limit. La Caisse is simultaneously selling 2,300,000 subordinate voting and variable voting shares in a block trade, but remains a significant shareholder with just under 10%. Stingray Group misses Q4 2026 forecasts and reports large net loss

Stingray Group reported a Q4 2026 net loss of CAD 0.95 per diluted share on revenue of CAD 137.8 million, thereby missing market expectations for EPS and revenue.
