The tool includes the Westlaw Brief Builder, Deep Research Verify, and integrates content from Westlaw and Practical Law as well as the company’s own legal LLM for document analysis. Thomson Reuters is forming a joint venture with KKR and selling a 51% majority stake in its global print business for around $500 million, while retaining 49% equity as well as the intellectual property rights and full editorial control.
